Before we start, we’ll discuss your practice’s goals and how our solutions can help reach them. We’ll also show you how our software works in a demonstration tailored just for your team.
After discussing your practice’s needs, we’ll evaluate your current workflow and work together to figure out which Prevounce services are the best fit. We’ll also work to identify day-to-day inefficiencies – and suggest solutions – to help you meet your goals, whether they’re about increasing revenue and patient engagement or saving staff time and lowering training costs.
Here, the stage is set for your Prevounce experience. We’ll configure a portal built just for your practice, create custom patient handouts, establish a Medicare eligibility interface for each provider, and both upload your patients’ records and link up with your EMRs (where available).
You’ll join us via webinar or we’ll join you in-person for comprehensive provider, clinical and billing staff training, plus guidance on planning and executing workflow changes.
Once your practice is fully prepared, we’ll leave you to the business of patient care but we won’t go far, scheduling routine check-ins at one week and one month after kickoff.
